1. Does The Affordable Mall have a physical office?

Yes, our office is in Lusaka

2. Can i come and buy at the office?

Our office serve as warehouse and administrative place for our products.  From there we sort out and package orders for delivery arrangement. However, there is no showroom at the office. Our website and app serve as our showroom.

3. What if i don't like what you deliver or its different from what i ordered?

You can return the product if what you ordered is different from what is delivered at zero cost. Also if product gets damaged before it gets to you for any reason, we will replace it with a good one. You are advised to read our RETURN/REFUND POLICY

4. What if i want to see what i want to buy physically before placing an order?

Our Website/App serve as our showroom. You are to view the image/video, read product description of your product of interest and be convince you want it before placing an order. Advantageously, you will have to receive your order before making payment, so if its not what you ordered, don’t make payment.

5. What is your payment method?

Cash upon delivery/Payment on delivery. You receive your order before making payment

6. Can i still pay upon delivery even if i am outside Lusaka

Yes

7. How long does it take to receive an order outside Lusaka?

Between 1 to 2 days 

8. How long does it take to receive an order within Lusaka?

A few hours after your order has been confirmed

9. Is delivery free within and outside Lusaka?

Absolutely yes!
