Return/Refund Policy
The terms and conditions below will govern how our customer(you) make returns or demand refund. You are advised to read carefully.
You are eligible to return your order if:
1. What was delivered to you is different from what you ordered from our online store. Note, sometimes there could be slight color difference due to camera difference. There could be slight difference in packaging too, hence in such situation, we won’t consider it as being different.
2. If your order is delivered damaged or faulty.
We will refund if condition 1 and or condition 2 is/are met and you demand refund, but we will first make attempt to replace the faulty or different product.
We may not accept return if:
1. You suddenly change your mind after delivery or when product is on transit. Be sure before you place an order. Be available before placing an order.
2. You can’t install in the case of gadgets. Please be sure you know how to go about these things before placing an order. Our primary duty is to sell.
We may not accept to make a refund if:

2. In case of gadget, if you have made an attempt to install; creating password and username, break seal or package of the product
You must report within 3 days, if a faulty/damaged product is delivered to you.
You are responsible for courier fee, if the reason for your return does not go in line with our policy.
